On summer evenings, we try to have a monthly trip out to somewhere with a bit of photographic interest. This was our first venture to Botany Bay, near Chorley. There is a lot of variety, with the Botany Bay mill itself, the canal and boats in various states of repair, a range of artefacts that you might spot and, if you are lucky, some wildlife.
